Diego wants to create an opportunity for kids who need a different approach to experience the sport, participate in training, and discover what they are capable of.

Training Built Around What Each Child Can Do
The MMA Adapter Program is specifically focused on kids adapted to MMA training.
Instead of expecting every child to participate in exactly the same way, the program gives Diego room to work with the individual and approach training according to what works for them.
The goal is to give kids the chance to move, learn, participate, and be part of MMA in a way that makes sense for them.
For families looking for Brandão Fight Lab’s regular youth program, Kids MMA will also be offered as a separate class.

Does my child need previous MMA experience?
Previous MMA experience is not part of the purpose of the program. The focus is on giving each child an opportunity to participate and learn through an approach that works for them.
