Diego is not approaching management as someone who only knows the sport from outside the cage. He knows what it means to train for an opportunity, compete professionally, and work toward bigger stages.
His goal is to work with fighters who want help finding opportunities and moving their careers forward. Diego has specifically talked about representing fighters who are currently free agents and looking for someone to help find fights for them.
For fighters who also want to train under Diego, Brandão Fight Lab will offer Adult MMA for amateur and professional athletes in Cooper City.

I’m looking to hear from fighters who are serious about competing professionally and interested in having me help manage their careers. I’m especially interested in hearing from free agents who are looking for the right opportunities.
Do I need to train at Brandão Fight Lab to work with you?
No. You do not need to already be a Brandão Fight Lab student to reach out about management. If you are interested, send me your information so I can learn more about you and your career.
What can you help me with as a fighter?
I can help fighters look for fights and professional opportunities. My role is to help you move your career forward, but I do not promise any specific promotion, contract, or result.
Do you work with Brazilian fighters?
Yes. Helping Brazilian fighters pursue opportunities and build careers in the United States is something I care about deeply.
